Hi we are Walter and Donna , We live in the backwoods of Nova Scotia. we have four teenage kids and live on my family farm on Cape Breton Island, Though we do not farm any more ( it cost too much here) most of the small farms are gone. We sell trapping supplies and xmass wreaths and some other things like guiding and publishing, and what ever. We used to have highland cattle ( 35) sheep (125) logged and trapped. We find that there are just too many rules that don't make sence here. Always wanted to go to Alaska , we may do that in the next couple of years . The misses is going back to school ( community college) for business Admin. The oldest and only boy is grad from college this year( heavy duty mechanic) and one of our girls going to college this fall. That leave two girls left in high school. keeps me pretty busy . with mostly everyone in school this fall , I will be busiy selling trapping supplies and running a trapline here. I have not run my trapline for a couple of years because of two heart attacks feeling better now and hope to be out on the trapline this fall. our lives have change a get deal since 1995. thats the year that we found Christ ( Jesus died for me ). We both got saved that summer about a month apart. we attended gospel meetings that summer and found out that we we lost and in need of the Savour. Now our lives focus aroung the Lord and we try to walk in a life that pleases Him. John 3:16 that all for now Walter & Donna and the kids.

Welcome to you Walter, Donna, and family. I haven't been here that long, but I am on the East Coast as well. I am in NH.
Its been slow around here lately. I hope it picks up soon. I checked out your website. It is very nice. We don't trap (yet), one step at a time. DH will start hunting again this fall, though.

Welcome, Walter and Donna, keep checking back -- I hope things will pick up here again sometime soon! I'm in southern Oregon, but have spent quite a few years in Alaska (and some in New Hampshire, where Kristianna is).
