I received a phone call a few days ago telling me I have been appointed the the South central Alaska Subsistence Advisory Committee. I have been working on subsistence issues for several years. I hope this will be a way to make some real changes in Alaska subsistence issues. I'm looking forward to seeing how the system works from the inside.
