Hi, I live in Seward and I just found this forum. Iv'e been doing some research on goats and I am in the market for some. Does anyone have some for sale now or kids this coming spring? Thanks Keith

Hi and welcome to the forum. I don't know of any right now, but you could check with the feed stores in Seward. Also, if you are willing to get up to Anchorage, Wasilla, Willow, etc, you could check with the feed stores up that way. Also might try calling some of the vets in the areas to try and find out who may have some for sale. Some offices have bulletin boards and will be glad to help you. I'll check with the folks who sold us our goats, but I think they are trying to build their herds and it's doubtful they'll be selling any this spring. What kind(s) of goats interest you? Thanks for the reply, I would like to get a Nubian doe preferably a kid and a wether or buckling to use for packing. The male can be any breed that will pack. I'll ask at Alaska Mill and Feed the next time I get up that way. Keith
