If this actually prints out you will get a copy of my dog sled I built the first year in Fairbanks. washkeeton.photostep.com/image/387181611Edited:It looks as if you all will only get a link. There is pictures of the slury that we fed, running, bush cabin running water system, the sled, Canadian Eskimo dogs, and a few others. Let me know if you all cant access these photos.

My next projects are one to build the sled that i have the parts for down stairs. It will be a small 4 foot tobogan kinda like the one above in the pictures. I will be making it for my son. I will then research and hopefully build a large 8 foot or so freighter sled. I picked up a new book called the alaska how to book and it has a lot of how to projects in it including a basket sled built by George Attla. (how to build it) His small basket sleds were used mostly for racing. There has to have somewhere the anatomy of a freighter sled. Birch is a good wood to build out of. I have repaired freigher sleds so i know the tying of the string to hold it. My next for fun project.

I will try and get a pic of my sled on here later on, have to work from 11-4 at the store today, but if it's slow enough I may be able to sneak away and get some pics.
