What fun. I bet those goats are real confused. How'd they handle the flight?

Thanks for posting the picture! How are they doing now? Have they adapted well to eating browse?

The goats adapted wonderfully. It was really funny. The woman we bought half the goats from has always kept them somewhat cofined so that they did not browse at all. She has a certified dairy so is really into production. She was worried that we'd have to work at teaching her goats how to get out and teach them what foods to eat. Well, on the walk back from the lake to our homestead --- about a mile ---- they acted like a kid in a candy store walking down the trail.
One of the larger goats was a bit of a bully at first, but now they're all used to their new home and each other. One kidded a couple of weeks after their arrival. She had the most beautiful little buckling I've ever seen! Should have taken pictures when he was tiny. He's growing so fast now!
